Are all units the same price?
Yes.

Will it cost extra to have a Plumbed in unit installed at our workplace?
We will require access to tee into the mains water supply, at no extra cost.
However, if a water point needs to be bought across from mains supply to the right location, a plumber would be required at your expense.

What are the payment options?
You can select payment frequency being quarterly, half yearly or annually.
We offer a range of payment methods:
Direct Deposit or Direct Debit
Visa & Mastercard credit cards accepted with Tyro or Square-Up > bank surcharges apply

Is there a minimum rental period required?
Yes, a minimum of 1 year.

Does it remove Chlorine and Fluoride?
90% Chlorine.
The fluoride remains. This is scientifically proven to assist with preventing tooth decay.

How long does the filter last?
The filter is recommended to last up to 10 months, we replace the filter every 6 months when servicing and cleaning.

Do I have to call to organise my service and filter change?
No, we will have you placed on a regular schedule and arrange each visit when due.

Our business currently uses 2 bottles of spring water a week, if we switched to an Eco Springs water cooler, what savings could be made?
Average $700 per year

Does the water cooler require power?
Yes, access to a power point will be required for all of the units.
